The seagulls were a bit disappointed that I didn't bring them anything to eat.
(The rest of the sign says unless ground is covered with snow)
This is one of my favorite places in Salem - ironically enough called Winter Island.
It was freezing! I stepped out of my car, took this picture, hurried back to the warm car, and my hands were numb.
There is nothing like a little wind chill by the Atlantic Ocean.
