Back now...
Back running, so I ran 6 days a week now. By far, a better week and I feel that I'm ready to race in a couple of months.
It was nice to run my favourite loop of Ferryhills which is along North Queensferry. When I am fit I can run 4 or 5 loops of this.
Running is in my blood
I love to feel the mud
Under my trail shoes
Heart rate up
Sweat in my eyes
Dripping off my nose
My vest flapping in the wind
Out of breath at times
On the steep inclines
Passing fellow runners
Digging in deep
There is no finish line
You make it up as you go along
If there is a finish line
Then you are also finished....
