A Card For Eileen
Today was wet and misty - a perfect day to retire to my temporary sewing room and make a birthday card for my old friend Eileen. She loves the Lake District so I thought I'd stitch some fragments of fabric into a sort of landscape. I hope she likes it.
And while I was in there, I did a bit more stitching to another piece that has been hanging around for a few of months.
Other than that, it's been a day of chores. TM has finished the preparations for painting the dining room. And now darkness and mist are creeping up. I will be so glad to see the Spring!
