Look who came for tea!

Day off today but I was woken early by Mr W who took my car in for a Service. He knows the Manager of BMW Hailsham really well so we always get our cars sorted down there. I don't think its any cheaper, but the service is better and everyone there knows him on first name terms!!!

My  friend was then due to come over for lunch but she had to cancel as she was unwell so once Mr W was back with the courtesy car, he took me for a drive before dropping me off at the gym. He has been given the New X3 to test. Ours in only a year old but they have changed quite a bit in that year and as Mr W is still thinking of selling the Audi RS6, it was a good opportunity to try it.. Yawn! 

Anyway, I had a good workout and avoided anything that involved moving arms too much! Talking of arms, I made a self referral to our local physio department today for my shoulder and had a call back a few hours later offering me an appointment on Thursday. Pretty impressive service I have to say! I lost a bit of confidence in physio after they hurt my back more than they cured it a few years ago, but I made sure I was booked in with someone different. 

Daughter Number 2 then popped by for dinner. Shes banned from exercise for a few weeks after her treatment on her cervix! Not being able to go to the gym is hard for her so I stuffed her full of curry instead and we talked decorating for hours! She really is a proper little human now.

She gave a gorgeous smile after Mr W said she could have our spare HDMI cable. Oh the things that please a new home owner!!!! She also went home with a Salmon Wellington out the freezer!!
