Junction

Very mild today, temperatures in the low teens. As I wasn't feeling up to driving to Cork and thought spreading germs mightn't be great anyway I worked from the office in Skib where I had the place more or less to myself.
There's a track which runs parallel to the Main Street into Skib, but higher up by about 50 metres and I walked up there in the sun at lunchtime.The birdsong was lovely and though almost by my side, you'd hardly know the town was there at all.
