We'll, I wanted to revert to some kind of pre-sentence normality.   It doesn't get much more normal in our house than this.  Cat in bag / box / drawer (delete as applicable). 

In other news, I went back to the gym today.  Body combat, I punched hard, kicked hard, felt angry, funny that eh?   One of the girls in the class came up and said hi and she said I look really well.  I told her my news and she started crying, which I felt bad about.  Oh dear.
