Artificial Shadow

A dreadful grey wet misty day ! Walked a new walk with Mrs A S and dogs, 8 km plus a 85 meter elevation climb. The going was better than expected so still managed 4.6 kmph despite the climb ;0)
Thank you all for the kind words about the loss of Woody it is much appreciated by us both.
I had hoped to get a shot suitable to enter the EP15 challenge (light and dark) but the light was so flat and grey that an artificial shadow was all I could manage. Perhaps I should have gone for the Mono Monday  " out of ones comfort zone" by blipping the mess the presentation on steampunk photography is in and its on Wednesday night  at an away meet with another York area club!!! Wish me luck I need it!!
