Day 1 of work experience

This morning I accompanied Eve on the bus to her first day of work experience at the King's Buildings at the University of Edinburgh (blipped).

Then I returned home to deal with a couple of urgent work matters, make a batch of green soup, pop out for a cycle, greet Iris, and then head back into town for a catch-up with Winsford (to tell her my health news).

This evening after supper we introduced Iris to Only connect.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches; 10 mile bike ride; walking (14,355 steps)
