Lungwort (Pulmonaria saccharata) and our snowdrops

I spotted that our snowdrops are beginning to end, or at least their flowers are starting to get dishevelled. I took my camera out and lay down in the front garden to grab a picture. But the closer I got to the lungwort, the more I was attracted to them. So my blip ended up becoming a became a double act. Perhaps I should have thought of making a tincture of the leaves as a tonic for Helena's terrible coughing recently. It had never occurred to me, though I love using herbs as remedies whenever possible.

The poppy in the background is looking in rude health and I'm sure it might be appearing once again here in the next few months.
