.......scalpel blade......but I chickened out of demonstrating the fact with any actual personal bloodshed because I'm a wuss ;-)

(Technical Details.....it's a vintage No 5 Swann-Morton handle (just checked, they don't make 'em any more!) and an unknown blade size/profile/blade.....probably last used with intent in my long-ago cartographic days circa late 70's.....but it could still do some damage!)
