Lunch with a different view

Today we decided to try somewhere different for lunch, still within walking distance from home and we were lucky enough to get a window seat and the first photo shows our view.  The lunch was superb but I decided I would like a wine and the cafe doesn't sell alcohol, so we walked down to the village hotel and sat in the warm and had a bevvie, the second photo shows the lovely log fire that was in the bar.
