The Bus Pass Walk from Rodley to Kirkstall wasn’t all plain sailing

The newly re-numbered bus to Bingley - which R and I were on - sailed passed four walkers waiting to catch it at a later stop -all met up in Bingley in time to catch the bus to Rodley

At the end of the walk had to run for the bus to bring us back to Bingley - not a pretty sight - especially when I felt a muscle in my bottom ‘pull’ - upon arrival in Bingley made the decision that refreshments were preferable to catching the due bus back to the village

Whilst walking along the canal managed to see Emily of Blisworth No9 making plain sailing of passing through locks though
