Surprise Find

Sorting through books stored in the attic I came across this leather bound book.

Richard’s father was awarded a scholarship to this school and won the Headmasters prize in 1913. The title is “How It Is Made” and contains some fascinating information such as how matches are made to how locomotives are made. It may be responsible for Alan becoming an engineer later in life.

It is in amazing condition and has now been dusted down and brought down to be enjoyed. I have included the book plate as an extra.
