“LISTEN”

Another bonus day in Denver, as the weather is still not suitable for flying, neither here nor at our destination which is under a cloud of rainstorms.
So we decided to go on a hike in this beautiful winter wonderland. It was the perfect thing to do, despite the cold. Trekking along on “Clear Creek Trail”, the sounds of the city muffled by the snow, we paused to LISTEN to the peaceful sounds of nature - the birds chirping, the creek trickling and the distant sound of a train horn now and again. It was restoring to our souls.
Afterwards we found a cute little indie coffee shop called “Mint & Serif”, where I enjoyed their signature drink - The Minty Serif - a delicious warming hot mint tea with ginger and lemon .
