EB - Trash NIght

This seems almost too silly to post, but Tuesdays are "trash night" so the collectors can pick it up in the morning.  The receptacles are identical throughout the neighborhood.  The trash bin must to rolled the street, and all the trash inside must be in bags - no lose garbage allowed.  The fee for this service is included the monthly maintenance fee paid by all homeowners that also includes all amenities like walking trails, fitness center, pool, and common areas plus 24/7 local and long distance telephone land line service, all cable TV, and high speed internet.  The monthly fee is $165.  In our previous location we paid $158 monthly without any pool, fitness center, walking trails and common areas, so we feel the current arrangement is very acceptable.
