An eventful day

The day started off badly as i left for work, there on the path was a dead nuthatch, poor little thing was rigid with his little feet high up in the air.

The next stage was 4 hours at work, just the usual saturday morning, so that was ok.

Next came Crosskeys v Newport, I live near Pandy Park so that was easy to get to. It was a scrapy but hard match, but my team, Newport won, woohoo. Thats 2 wins out of 2 so far in the British and Irish cup, Newcastle is our next target.

After a short stay at home it was then time to go to Rodney Parade to watch Dragons v Bayonne. Unfortunately we lost, but only just, 19-22 is a good score i think against the mighty power of the French featuring the one and only Mike Philips.

Then it was off home for a while before going out to collect my daughter from an 18th birthday party.

Now looking forward to a chill on Sunday
