This happy chappy tapped on the window this morning, beautifully backlit by the rising sun.  I was faffing about with settings because the bird was black against the extremely bright sun. I quite like this result :)

He informed me that he had just won GOLD in the Extended Laughing competition in the AOG (Southern Hemisphere) by a country mile. The Aussie flag is flying high again. Onya Kookie!! :-))
