The best post race t-shirt ... ever?!!

The Pharma 5k/10k was held today and I ran the 10k while Josh and his friend Chris ran the 5k. We were all pleased with our runs ... Josh for setting a good time, Chris for completing his first ever 5k, and me for getting around a 10k after my pitiful amount of running this year.

I guess that pharmaceutical companies have a more positive view of drug assistance that the average person.
