Nothing worse...

...than a duff bottle of shampoo! Waited six months for Veuve Clicquot to respond. No joy, even after a series of reminders. So the nasty liquid we had saved for our anniversary was poured away at last. They patently don’t care. Evidently no need to...after all we’re just a small unimportant ...customer. Disappointing. But maybe another sign of the times...
