Tough little Beauties

Sitting at the bottom of a wall in a sea of shingle are these beautiful Iris which have been in flower for at least a month and keep getting better. This is, by far, their best year yet and I was totally surprised by the number of flowers today.

I have now finished preparing the rose beds for the new box hedging and, after quite a lot of head scratching, have realised that the quadrants are not square.

After work I went to see a poorly RF who wasn't feeling good at all.
