Relief

9am appointent at the breast clinic this morning to have the lump which had appeared right before I went to the US investigated. Scared does not come close to describing how I felt. After a 45 minute wait in what is not exactly a fun place to be followed a feel by a breast surgeon and an ultrasound by the world's nicest lady doctor I could finally stop being convinced I had cancer because it was a cyst. A stupid fucking cyst. One big needle and a very satisfying view on the ultrasound screen of the cyst disappearing later I was sent on my way with this leaflet.
