Horses at the beach

We were heading out to the beach for a couple hours this morning so researched what beach we could take the dog for a swim. We found a beach so made our way there, another hour plus in traffic to go 15 miles, only to find the info on the internet was wrong! None of the beaches allow dogs anymore. So I missed my photo opportunity of my dog swimming in the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. And getting myself in the water.

But along the road while we were stopped in traffic these horses came by along with some others. We could see horses out in the water apparently on a sandbar as the low tide was evident. This area is where the river meets the ocean so the water was not the pretty blue color.

No other photos today as we traveled to Ocala to stay with fellow blipper, Joyce..WalkingWoman. Adventure planned for tomorrow.
