Chianti Laced Spaghetti
I made a dish last night that was really quite good. A half bottle of chianti was added to the spaghetti water and it gave the pasta a purple color. Baby lima beans were another ingredient that added color. The extra (from yesterday) is the finished dish. Very interesting. And delicious.
