Late autumn at the allotment

Over 50 mm rain had fallen since last Sunday. Today was mostly without rain, just a drizzle now and then. The temperature was around +9°C. Z planted some more bulbs (mostly tulips, e.g. Tulipa clusiana and T. biflora), while M pruned the last apple tree.

We also continued to empty the compost, but there are still more to be spread out in the garden before the real cold sets in. We've been lucky this year - no frosts yet!
