...of silent birds in circled flight

Grandsons and preparations for the S Africa trip have conspired to remove all spare time from my calendar this weekend.

So a quick blip only of the last of my paintings that I'm putting into our club's exhibition in November whilst I am away. This is one of a set of four 7 inch x 5 inch images from my trip to Skye earlier in the year.

Artistic licence has been fully utilised to change the sky - and thus the colours and general feel from wild and windy to something a little calmer! Sketch books are wondrous things. (Yes Will, I did actually do one!)
