Soothing and benevolent
Prashant had us exploring the "culture" of our breath this morning, playing with the idea of hibernating while staying present. He says we need to get beyond techniques and beyond comfort, even. And though it was a 2-hour class, he said we had to understand that the teaching was accelerated, like playing a 45-minute piece of music in ten minutes. In other words, we have to take it home and practice on our own, at length.
