Morning Walk

CU Houseparty Day II

Before breakfast this morning, Hannah, who I'm sharing a room with, and I went for a walk. It was wonderfully misty and there were so many trees dripping with lichen, and we had some beautiful views across pine forests. It was a bit muddy but apart from that we had a great time!

Fantastic rest of the day, including more teaching from Philippians, and (unexpectedly) I got to play bass during worship this evening. Later on we had an amazing ceilidh - I kept almost running into people/the band though - and sang songs around a bonfire. Well done and many man points to Cameron, Dave, Chris, Robin, and anyone else who battled the elements and kept the fire alive with lung power.
