On my bike

I spent the morning painting new pictures, then when my concentration had gone I headed out on my bike with Lynne. We did a 30k loop across the Pentlands. It was fabulously muddy and a fab ride.
An evening of running the boys to band and football and the football and cubs. They both had a great time and were quite put out when I insisted they went to bed and didn’t stay up til midnight watching the winter Olympics.
