beefy’s bosses are coming to visit him this week, so I cleaned like a maniac today, even the fridge. not that they’ll go in there. we walked a bit and bee had a good 2 hour physio sesh so that seems to have cheered him right up - turns out his posture is bad, weak core, saggy arse haha! I knew it wasn’t the flipping running shoes. obsessive rumination....jeezo.

after a month of no sugar, I ate a whole tub of ice cream tonight. it was glorious.
