as free as a bird.....

... woke this morning still full of headache, more like a migraine, but still had to get up & get on with things, although would have prefered to stay in bed all day....

didn't get to my friends last night either, so I missed out......


went up to Montrose when we were up there got a call from Stuart to request some food as he didn't know what time he'll be home tonight.....

on the way home stopped off at Carnoustie Beachand the colours in the sky were stunning.

so tonight's choice is hard.....

time to flip a coin.....
