Zen Cooking

Decided to try a new recipe today - Moroccan Chicken One-Pot. Often during the week it's a case of making food as quickly as possible. But at the weekend I try and take a bit more time with it. That said, I've noticed that often it can take longer to prepare a dish than it takes to eat it. So, for that reason I try a zen-like approach by enjoying each and every step of the process of preparing, cooking and eating the meal (although I don't always manage it!) Decided to snap the ingredients rather than the finished product.
