Dreary day

Wall to wall wetness today. G had come back down to Ipswich to see friends and stayed over here on Saturday night - how nice of the uni to factor out all lectures on a Friday for her! ;)

I've had the radio on most of the day while I worked at the pc - Radio 3 have been carrying Wagner's Ring cycle. That's three down, one to go. I remember watching the whole lot on tv back in the early eighties and that was the last time I sat through it and didn't think I be able to do it again.

This is the helter skelter this morning - drenched and almost deserted.
