Feels like below freezing

Insomnia at around 5-am led to me watching the women's Ski Cross tournament at the Winter Olympics before I fell asleep again.
The after watching the Curling semi-final I went for a run for an hour ending up at Highbury Corner with frozen hands.
I'm absolutely not going back out there again today.
