Blue Bridge

The cold is thicker and the sleep is less, so today has been quieter than normal. A quiet moring ing where Wife and Girl did educational stuff while Boy and I scooted up and down the street. We did pop out to the pet shop to get Bruce a new collar and tag as he seems to have misplaced his one that is designed for safety meaning it snaps off at every scratch.

At the tag making machine we were given two choices suitable for cats. One was golden, round and £7.99 and the other was pink, heart shaped and £5.99. Bruce has never been the butchest cat round these parts (he tends to take a few beatings) preferring to be prettier than the others. So we had a family discussion and it was unanimous and £5.99 was spent and Bruce is now looking fine with a new yellow collar with pink heart attached. Instead of showing off his new look he chose to stay on the sofa, I am not sure why.

At lunch Boy had a monster sleep while the rest of us mooched about. Once he was up and fed we headed out to the park for a late run around in the damp with friends before scooting and cycling home. Unsurprisingly Bruce was still on the sofa.
