New Lens

First off, my lovely wife returned from her trip to California, with a quick detour to Washington, today. With her came not only my Canon 7D back from the camera hospital, but this new toy tool along with it. I had such good luck purchasing a used camera from Roberts Camera (the Canon 1D Mark IV that I got last year), that I decided to take the plunge and buy a wide-angle zoom to broaden my horizons - so to speak. I plan to use it non-stop over the next week to get accustomed to this wider field of view. Really good to have my wife back as well!
