H is for Historic

Plenty to chose from this week Oxburgh Hall is full of historic objects. This is a piece of the great seal of Queen Elizabeth I The extras are documents on display at Oxburgh. The oldest is in latin, from King Henry III, dated 1249, granting the right to hold a weekly market and annual fair. The other is from Elizabeth I (in English) to Henry Bedingfeld at Oxburgh commanding him to take troops to Berwick.
