OLD FIRE PLACE

Mrs. Poo and I went to the Timaru (Rainies) area today for an 80th birthday of an old cousin,Graham. We came across this old fire place near the Pareora River Road community. Its a really big Rustic Fire-Place and one wonders if it was some sort of kiln - I dont know but very atractive Block work - perhaps Rainie will know its History ?
