Champions and Umbrellas

It was a very wet day of racing today. Oh, the opportunities! :o)

Today was the last races of the season for the BTCC and its support races. Gordon Shedden secured the BTCC championship in the second race (woohoo!) and this (up there, in front) is Jack Goff during his final race, where he was crowned Champion of the Renault Clio Cup.

My highlight? Seeing a V8 milk float on track!

No, seriously, there was!

No, I wasn't dreaming!

Anyway, see the dark area bottom right of this shot? I was cursing the man who stood up and opened his umbrella right in the way of my shots. And then when I saw the photos, I realised that he'd had the courtesy to perfectly frame my shots in line with the edge of the track. Thank you Mr Umbrella Man! :o)
