Crocuses

Glorious day.
Hard to believe all the weather warnings for next week. However, it is very cold.
Called in to see my sister for a chat, and while I was there decided to go to the village green as I knew there were some beautiful crocuses planted under the trees.
By this afternoon the sun was warm enough for them to open, although not all were open wide.
Nature thinks that spring is round the corner, but may get a shock next week!
