The belfry of Tielt

Tielt is a very little town ,and its situated about 35-40km S/W of Bruges.
I have been there by train  for an other longer walk .
The Belfry of Tielt has a long history . But I will make it not that complicated . I do find the Bruges belfry the top of all Belgium Belfry's . But this Belfry  here was already and  original built in the year 1275.! Notting from that historic time is anymore visible  .Today it has a clearly renaissance style building and a few 19century details. In the year 2000 it was protected by the Unesco world heritage.
I did took an extra blip from the front sculpture with its nice reflecting shadow .
It was a very sunny day but freezing cold and a strong wind  blowing from the east  made it unpleasant to walk longer than 12km. (see also my extras(
