Chicken Pho

I have never made this before, but I was going through the Instant Pot recipe book and it caught my eye.  There were a few missteps (like not having cheese cloth for the spices) and not getting the exact cut of chicken, but the smell was wonderful and the taste was good.  If I do it again, I will likely not use the Instant Pot.  I'm still not sure why so many like love this device.
