The Goldfinch

Another cold day.A windy night which had calmed by sunrise.
The goldfinch is another bird I see regularly in the garden.They particularly like the sunflower hearts and queue up for a place on the feeder.They often squabble noisily , flapping and tweeting at each other and any other bird that gets in there way.
Looks like we’re in for a cold night, a clear sky after a nice sunset :)
