Hallgrimskirkja

This church can be seen from just about everywhere in Reykjavik. The views from the tower were magnificent. Today it was mainly summer when I was in the tower except for a few minutes of blustery winds. As I walked around Reykjavík today it was sunny, snowing, blowing a gale, overcast and hailing. Moments of sleet also added to the unpredictable delights of Icelandic weather. I do believe that “weather” is perhaps too benign a word to use here :)
