Need these words to stay in my mind!

Appointment at Guys hospital - due to dental appointment. Not happy as I do not handle medical things well at all and panic. So there for three hours and next step is biopsy. Really dreading that but they said I can be sedated.
So now just have to wait for appointment. Trying to keep myself busy and forget about it all and think positive. 
Basically a day at the hospital!!!
