Beach walk

Had a lovely beach walk with Philippa and Rosie. We did over 3 miles, apparently.
Then had to forgo a cupper to rescue a silly girl who'd gotten herself locked out, going to the gym without her key.
Made oat and raisin cookies, then caught up with two friends who popped in for coffee. The first one had bad news of imminent redundancy.
Second was more cheerful and we are planning to do a street party again, after two year hiatus.
In between, lots of cleaning..bathroom sparkling again - after weeks of children 'cleaning' it was a much needed exercise!
So, quite productive, really.
