Inchcolm Island
Cousin and I went on the Forth Belle out to Inchcolm Island with the cameras for a wee photography trip. Had been trying to get it arranged for a while. Neither of us had been before and lots of people had told us it was lovely wee place - and they were right. Could have spent much longer than the 90mins we had on there before getting picked up again by the boat. Wee repeat visit definitely on cards after the winter.
We had to contend with bright sunshine, reflections on the water, not to mention the haar (fog) that came rolling in along the Forth today.
This is the view south from the top of one of the hills, we got the tripod set up on the roof of one of the buildings that are build into the hilltop. Haven't had a chance to sift through photos and pick a favourite. - a 4:45am alarm call awaits. London after two weeks off. Tomorrow could be a long one!
