Gibrish, at Mats o' Karin's

Let me start by saying a big thank you for all the lovely comments, hearts and stars given to my squirrel blip! It isn't often my pictures make it to the upper regions of the Populars.  And now onto today's picture...
We were out to Mats o' Karin's again tonight. It's only 3 km from home so we can walk there, but tonight it was -19°C so we took the car.
This is a local Sundsvall band, Gibrish. Their opening number, pictured here, felt almost surreal. It was a Swedish punk song from the 80's but the combination of raucous punk with a piano accordian sounded wonderful. Think punk meets tango! The base player just adds to the surrealism because he plays a guitar almost as big as he is, and unusually for a base player, he always looks happy! 
Actually punk meets tango, with a touch of the political left, is quite a good description of their music.
Jan has also blipped from this evening but her picture shows Anna Stadling and Pekka, who were on stage before Gibrish.
