Buds

This hellebore has been in bud for months, but is resolutely refusing to flower. Sooner or later it'll have to, I assume. Perhaps it's waiting for warmer weather. All the other hellebores are well into their stride with flowering, but this one and one other, both garden centre special offers, are sulking. It looks as if it'll be one of the pink/red/maroon shades. There seem to be plenty of buds, so perhaps it'll surprise us with a great show. 

Today has been even sunnier that yesterday, but again very cold. We may need to get more logs in if it continues like this.
