Not too cold for a flake?

A brilliantly bright day but with a bitterly cold Easterly wind did not deter a hardy, but well lagged few from queueing for an ice cream on Plymouth waterfront. The flake they had in mind was not floating down from the sky but stuck in the top of an ice cream. Much calmer conditions in Sutton Harbour - see extra.
