That is how the satnav Google person says it, but obviously it's Gaillac really. Taken on the way back from an emergency trip to the rabbit holiday home... Well, emergency in that we suddenly decided on a quick ski trip and will have to leave too early tomorrow to be taking the rabbits anywhere.
Earlier they had a lovely run around the garden - mostly just lying on the tiles getting warm in the sun (was genuinely warm today - warm enough for lunch outside with no shivering!)
And lots of very exciting nature news. TallGirl spotted siskins on the bird table yesterday, and today they were back in droves (well, four anyway) and also a bullfinch popped in to check out the facilities. Also, the pond is full of frogspawn and TallGirl, despite the disastrous attempt last year is going to grow some in her spare fishtank. This was her idea to make up for the overwhelming disappointment that befell her on Friday (I was clearly too traumatised to mention it then). Her queen ant (Antigone, obvs) escaped during a test tube change and hid behind the mantlepiece. But today, miraculously, she came back. So the colony is saved, and I guess that means the frogspawn can stay where it belongs instead of having to be an ant substitute.
Now, I find that I still haven't packed any clothes for the trip, and given the time Mr B wants to get up, I should be in bed already....
